Why choose Feel Better Counselling?

Effective:

As a qualified Counsellor and Applied Psychologist, I offer effective, specialist help for adults and older adults who are dealing with anxiety, depression, loss and bereavement, health worries, social challenges including neurodiversity, stress or workplace issues.

Safe:

Starting counselling can be pretty daunting, even if you have tried it before. To reassure you, I offer a strictly confidential, non-judgemental, inclusive and safe space for you to work through your difficult experiences.

Personalised:

Meeting with me, simply come as you are and be yourself. We will go at your pace. It probably doesn't feel like it right now, but you are the person who knows best what keeps you going, and what it is you really want and need. These we can explore and uncover together. I can offer daytime and evening appointments. You are under no obligation to have a specific number of sessions. If you feel the need for longer-term support, I can offer this.
